8 Ways to Win the Support of Your Website visitors

The visitors of a website are its true assets. It is this visitor’s support that helps to make or break the website’s profit. To increase the number of visitors to your website, focus on a better customer service. Of course you need to pay attention to extract maximum revenue from a potential customer, but this should not be your only point of consideration. You have to focus over the customer/visitor’s needs too. Always try to design features for your website from the visitor’s point of view.

Here are a few ways to gain trust, credibility & support of your visitors:

    1. Tell your visitors about things that they already know, like “You’re here to get maximum benefits for the least price...” or “You are here to earn as much as you can and quickly...” This way your customers will be convinced that you are at least not lying to them for sure. This helps you win over their valuable trust in your product/service.
    2. When your customers enquires about a product/service or after he has finished a deal with you. You could also refer them to your affiliate’s website and explain them about the benefits of checking out their product or service. This will also make them feel that you genuinely want to help them to rake maximum benefits.
    3. After making a purchase at your website you can offer a few useful links of websites that give products for free and will help optimizing the use of the product they purchased from you. Eg: If you have a website that ‘develops website’ then you can offer links of those websites that offer free scripts and codes to run various useful programs on their website.
    4. If a visitor contacts you with a question, explain it and reply as quick as possible. If you find the query to be a very genuine one then you could include it in your FAQs list and inform about its inclusion to the visitor by sending its link through email.
    5. To order products on your website, you should definitely provide them with a step-by-step instruction guide. This will make their order, hassle free and will attract more customers to place their orders.
    6. Offer a secure online ordering system and also mention about it saying, “We want you to feel safe and secure and so we offer you the safest and secure online ordering system.”
    7. Compliment your visitors/ customers as often as possible. You can say, “It is an intelligent decision to make use of the service.” Or “Only a talented and professional webmaster of your caliber would decide to benefit from this product/service” People always hunt for compliments wherever they go and it’s your duty to give it to them without making them feel it as a way to flatter them to earn profits. This will keep them hooked to your website.
    8. Always use the terms like “Invest in this product for maximum benefits.”, “Invest for extreme profits.” or “Invest your valuable time now to benefit for the rest of your life.” These terms sound better than “Spend your money for maximum benefits.” Or “Buy it for extreme profits”. People generally would like to purchase things that ensure security for their future so using the word “Invest” in place of “Buy” would serve your purpose.

You sort of covered it but i think you should mention when a customer purchases off you. Send them a thankyou and maybe a discount on thier next purchase. If they come back you now have a loyal customer and word of mouth.
