Jagger3 hasn't started yet.

No its not bad, I just was hoping this is not temporary step-back.

 

Looking at the .104 datacenters, it does appear to be different. I see some increased relevance. Definitely a step uo from right now. Still some garbage but a lot more is weeded out than a week ago.

 

Wow, I woke up this morning to having the my site drop from the majority of my top keywords. Normally running between #3 and #7, I am now sitting at #840 for one keyword and off the map for another set. This is the first time I've seen something like this happen to my sites, ugh...

No wonder sales have been down the past 3 days.

Following the DP KeywordTracker I'm loosing about 10 keyphrases every day - just going into N/A. From about 140 phrases about 30 left...

 

I'm now at least bouncing around for some keywords. Up 9,000, down 9,000, only a few staying steady. Now at least have a few orders. I remember when I thought this amount of orders was a lot, but now it is down 90% from the normal. I will be so glad when this is over and I can see if I am still dead in the water or back up to having good placing keywords.

This is the first time I actually moved up to the first page again for my main keyword since the first jagger update.

 

I find it amazing that even in my market (a very specialized category, that hardly anyone relates to) my sales can be hurt this badly by Google. When I started climbing up into the top #3, I was selling 5 - 10 copies of my product daily. Now I am way down in sales lately, and its directly related to the number of people coming in via Google. I hate relying on someone elses technology to keep me in business, but there really is nothing we can do.

according to DP KWT tool as of this morning from 122 phrases only 14 found in Google... I am calm.. I think I am calm.. ooh I feel not good in my stomach

 

Still no indication that jagger 3 has been launched yet. Apparently the technical guys needed more time before letting it loose.

I am sure we will all know it when it happens.

 

One of the sites I monitor did the very same thing this morning.

This thing (Update) is rolling out in waves.

I believe this site that tanked this morning is on one of the LAST waves of Jagger 1 or 2. NOT at the beginning of phase 3.

I believe when phase 3 begins it will also slowly effect folks across the span of a few days. Not everyone at once.

Yes, based on your data that is a logical theory! I'm very interested to see where this leads! I've been directory submitting like crazy and I'm showing the best allinanchor I've had in a long time.

 

Do you have a directory list you could spare? Or are you just searching them up on Google/MSN?
I looked but am running out of directories to submit to while I know there are many thousands more out there.

 

I'm just wandering why it affected all the keyphrases? Its like a penalty even though I still have 69K pages indexed. If it's because of coop then only targeted pages should be affected - wouldn't you think? I've been looking through my stats and the keyphrases people find me on google by are terrible - most of them don't make sense. The funniest thing is that my Adsense CTR is 3% higher than usual and CPC is much higher too

 

onedodd - there are some threads right now in the Directories forum with some lists, there's one of almost 700 directories, I'm not anywhere near 300 yet, I do about 5 or 10 a day by the time I'm done I'll start at the beginning again to make sure all my sites got in and to add new ones. Constant process.

Is there any literature on the effects jagger is/isn't having on different country domains - or - are the effects more dependant on the subject/category of your site - or - is there no definitive answer?

I have a site which was totally wiped off the map on google.com but only 98% wiped off the map on google.com.au (if you specify site:au - which incidently nobody does). Just curious, since it doesn't seem like there's anything that can be done anyway.
