A must check-out if you are willing to make some quick cash out of opening a free web hosting website and have about $200-300 to invest. :)

I'm not sure if this money-making method has been discussed before, but I have outlined almost everything you will need to practice it successfully.

    Your comments are appreciated!

    Best Regards,
    Karan

    A good article.

There are a few free web hosting sites that do not force ads on their users. Do you think you can compete with them if you want your ads on your users' sites?

If the paid hosting is not going to be provided by you, but the company you are going to affiliate with, what happens to the content of your user's site, when he or she upgrades? Will the content be transferred automatically (or smoothly, at least) through the new host to the new site?

Display CPM and CPA ads like Google adsense on free hosted sites..

    Yes, charge for upgrades too.

Thank you for the comments everybody! :)

Like I've mentioned in the blog post, user's certainly won't like ads being displayed on their websites and there's also a chance of the user's website being related to adult content or warez or any other illeet material. This can be harmful for you as well as for the user (obviously he/she won't like it). That is why I recommend something like AdBrite for the user's websites.

Perhaps, you don't have to put any large ads, just a small banner or maybe even a half-banner should do good as the user probably won't mind a small portion of his website being filled with ads.

But it's entirely upto you, as the main source of income is obviously going to be the affiliates and not this, so if you want to keep your users happy, I suggest not putting the ads on the user's website.

And nope, the content of the user's account on your free hosting website will have to be transferred manually by the user into the affiliate company's hosting account.
