    I don't know about passing PR, but I bought a link on a plants site; linking to my "plant stands" page - that page went from #39 to #5 in 3 weeks. No other incoming links were driven to this page. I think relevant pages linking to you count for a whole lot more than PR value.

    I was taking for granted that the page was themed, I guess the question was related merely to the number of outgoing links from that relevant page.
    BTW there is no chance that we would sell links
