    Hello,
I've got a problem and i would like to hear your advice.

I live in the Northwest, i need to give my friend in the east $240.00 via paypal.
But i personally cannot use paypal to transfer the money!

He will not take a cashiers check or just take straight cash..

He needs to get his money via online only. Thats the only way he will do it, whats a good way to get the money to him?

Also, he will not give me his bank account infomation.
How can i get this money to him ASAP?

    I need answers QUICK.
    Thanks,

You could transfer the money to a middleman, who for a small free, will pass on the money to your friend.

Sort of. If you have your own Moneybookers account, then you can go into a local bank and do a wire transfer into Moneybookers. The banks usually charge $25-40 for this service. Also you have to wire it to your own Moneybookers account, not someone else's.

Here's instructions from MoneyBookers, log into your account to get your own userid:

I guess Moneybookers or PayPal is your only option for quick payment. Funding both of these accounts is not really hard and doesn't take long.
