    Sorry, I didn't understand your question.

    If you are talking about the Ads border, then that is supplied by Google AdSense itself and you are free to use it in any way you want, its in no way against the TOS. :D

    If you are referring to an iFrame, then no, I don't put Google Ads under iFrames at all, in fact, I am sure I am not going against the TOS by any means.

    Yes, for sure. You can always apply for a new Google AdSense account after your first proxy website is ready and then have your Ads displayed on the website. :)

    Well I have to say I am really happy with the service provided. Took the package 3 option information was exchanged and a deadline set. Overall an excellent service which I hope to use again soon as it is so problem free. Rarely do you get what you pay for as there are always attatchments but this service provides more than staed with no problems at all in my experience.

    You need to take it easy and give it some time.

    Proxy websites usually get very less traffic on weekends (Sat/Sun) due to the schools and offices being on off.

    And your proxy website is performing really good according to me and there's no reason why you shouldn't be happy with it.
