Well, I disagree. This is just a start price! As I stated above, there are still thousands of monetarizing improvements which could be made. I already have some ideas, but unfortunately, no time to dedicate myself. Even more, this is the most visited online-game item-trading portal on the web with more then 35k opt-in members, which is rapidly growing (+170 new registrations daily!!!). Experienced webmasters know the actual worth of such big user database.

 

Too bad I couldn't land a cheap link for gangsters.cc (Online web game) on there.. Great site btw I went through the entire site and I don't think your 20 months asking price is too high as a start. Wish I had the funds.

I agree with peacenlove. There is a lot more to what is being offered than a $2000/month earning forum.

35,000+ members is a lot and with a site like that you could sell some major advertising slots. In addition to the traffic flow.

The other thing that needs to be realised is that it is a 7 year old domain. Aged domain's quite simply, don't go cheap. It's like sitting on a piece of property, they go up in value.

 

Yep! There's still a lot of non-tested monetarizing and advertising methods which could double the traffic and the revenue for sure. As I stated above, I invest much more resources for a new project which needs total devotion. Unfortunately, there's no space for me to work on other projects. Therefore I'd like to sell it to a guy (or company) who would tend to improve this community and bring its so far good integrity and reputation on a higher level.

 

defianitely it has potential but if you just look at it for cashflow it's a rip off but if you plan on putting some work or flipping it, it's probably worth $30,000
