We are selling the above shareasale.com affiliate datafeed site. This site also includes AdSense, so there are two sources of revenue available here. The site has been up and running since the middle of June, but we have not had the time to promote it like our other sites so we are going to get rid of it. It has made $85.92 since it's first sale on June 29 in shareasale commissions alone. We have not tracked the AdSense on this site so I have no clue about how much it's made with AdSense.

Installation is included. All you need to have is a host provider that has Cpanel, and .htaccess, and we will install it for you once the domain is transferred and dns is repointed.

Pages Indexed at Google- 727 pages

Visitors - 462 uv's since the end of May - when the domain was originally purchased.

What are your marketing expenses to generate sales, such as PPC, etc.?

 

We did not spend any money generating traffic or sales. We basically built the site, social bookmarked it and posted it on Craigslist. All free ways to promote a site, but we didn't even push the free ways very much. That is why we are selling it so we can focus on our other sites and projects.

Is it impossible for you to calculate the Adsense earned?
Are statistics available up until today?
What keywords are visitors finding the site with?
There is only 1 page in Google, not 700.

2. Yes it would be impossible for me to calculate the Adsense earnings as I did not put a channel on it.
3. The stats I took a screen shot of were taken today. So the answer is yes.
4. I will disclose the keywords to the final buyer only prior to turn over of site.

 

So you had almost a sale per day in July, then after the 19th sales stopped. Is there an explaination for this?
Can you explain why there is only one page in Google?
If the continued in August as they did in July, I would be interested.

 

As far as the sales in July we spent more time promoting it on Craigslist and at social bookmarking services. Like I said before the reason we are selling this is that we do not have the time to properly promote this site due to our other sites and projects.

It is absolutely fine that you want to remove your bid, but please explain to me how you "see $40 coming from just one sale." I haven't had a sale over $13.80 since I started this site.

How did you get a commission rate of 12%? Amazon pays a maximum of 10%.
Do you have a special arrange? How would the account be transferred?

 

This is not a site that utilizes amazon.com. It uses a shareasale.com datafeed as stated in my original post. So no special arrangement was necessary

As far as the transfer goes, once domain is transferred to new owner and they have setup new account on their server (and re-pointed the dns) I will install it for them.

I'm sorry I just realized I misread your last question, I think you are asking how we would transfer the affiliate account. And the answer is we wouldn't have to. Whoever purchases this site just needs to have their own shareasale account and we replace our shareasale id with theirs. That simple. They will also need to sign up to be an affiliate of the yesstyle merchant at shareasale, but I think they are a merchant that has auto approval so that should be easy. However if someone doesn't have a shareasale account, I can assist them in creating one very easily.
