    I had bidvertiser was getting hardly no clicks so I switched to Adsense..

    I don't understand it you can add it anywhere it just gives you a code to add does not ask for a website to place it on?

    You can use adsense on any website if that website holds for Adsense TOS.

    You don't need to add websites, simply placing the code on the new site will register it.
