    This PR4 financial blog has been established since May 2006, and continues to grow in popularity. Readership has increased steadily with absolutely no advertising. We use MySpace to send out bulletins and group posts, and that has become the bulk of our traffic. (The MySpace account w/ approx. 900 friends will be included.)

    Revenue on average is $30/mo with AdSense and around $100 with privately sold link advertisements. Typically I have sold monthly links in my blogroll for $10-15, but just recently started selling annual links for $40-50 per year for quick cash. (three links will have to remain for a year as these were recently sold.)

    Traffic has been a steady 1,000 unique visitors per month, with typically over 10,000 page views. (I only have traffic for the month of August since I upgraded my server in July.)

    Included in the sale is an Invision PowerBoard license that I purchased for $189 last year. This is an owned license and it will be transferred to the new owner.

    I would prefer to sell the site at a fixed price, and will take all offers by PM. PM me if you would like the URL.
