    Some links are related to online University and some are related to loans,insurance etc.
    Backlink should be placed on relevant sites only , not from directories. No matter if u place link on partners link page or homepage but the page should have some PR atleast.

    PR4+ permanent links are harder to get. PRs change over time, and high PR links charge a monthly fee.
