There is nothing mentioned in tos about adsense domain. I have seen many site with adsense domain and trust me they are getting thier checks from google on time. I am trying to figure out what to do

You may get banned because you violate Google copyrights. Normally they will not ban you until right before payout. It is at that point that they check your site the most and if they find a problem, they will ban and you lose the money. Read the link taht Stox put in his post, this will explain some of their rules on using Google's trademarks and names.

it's not a real person that gives those tips.
the only tip i get every month is about the ad filter.i have just 6 sites in it.

they only look at the site that you applied with.for them to look at any other sites of yours, someone has to send in a complaint, use adwords,or something that they have to review your site for.

"Adsense" is a Google branded word.. If you use adsense in your domain, you are violating their Permission Guideline.

I actually emailed Google about promoting Firefox on my domain GoogleFire.com.
Basically they said no way and referred me to http://www.google.com/permissions/guidelines.html

I know rules are rules but it would have been good for them. HOWEVER,I can see why because they have no control over content on a site that uses their name.

It may be good for them and for firefox short term, But part of the rules regareding copyright says that a company has to retain public ownership of the copyright. So by letting you use thier company name it will dilute thier ability to retain that name.

yes, they will probably only disable the ads on your site, but your account will not be banned, as far as I know. (which is not much)
