    Hello i have a new site started and i need a site map made so i can submit it to google site maps i tryed with Xenu and when the site map was made it was like 1.3mb and when i open it in dream weaver it crashes or dont want to work can anyone help me out ?

    Try this lil proggy it was easy to use and runs off your desktop then you can get it to upload it or manually upload your sitemap to the main directory on your server then signup to sitemaps and tell google its there :)

    ps 1000 pages or so and my sitemap was like 13kb

    Works great for me, it did wonders on the amount of pages that are indexed... little tip: make it a cronjob and have a sitemap generated every week/day and even have google notified you have automatically.

    You can get a Google Sitemap Dreamweaver Extension from DMX Zone for free. The address is www.dmxzone.com. It's easy to use and creates a sitemap in a matter or minutes.
