Threats via email from DP members,

hay Harry you're dumb. you think a threat from you is going to scare me?

do email threats count as breach of TOS on the threats of DP members sites? by a member?
Personal attacks against people, or sites will not be tolerated.

 

OMG! this attitude is becoming a trend at DP.

I remember an argument exchange between ! Ask ! and Serenity, which original can be found here

She pm'ed him saying

In fact she now uses a pseudonym to submit negative Press Releases (Pistol Packing Annie) and she started two hate websites, www.ask-dir-com.info and www.quickbuckcrew-com.info

Beware Samantha, I don't see nothing wrong with your posts but if that Harry is serious he can be causing you trouble everywhere.

Yes it is against TOS to harass other members. Threats of this nature I would think fits into that category. Is this guy banned already? If so, justice is served and there is no point bringing this up. If he is not banned, than a report to the mods would have done nicely.

Harry sure aint the 1st and wont be the last to threaten me, but what makes me laugh is that i haven't had an infraction in almost 2 months, so i am being nice

i guess i'll get one for this thread. oh well.

what makes me laugh is that i have made $15.88 in 4 months from the net. and had the site for 4 years, i am not in it for the money so i dont care if i dont have ads or not lol

i just want to know the rules really, thats why i posted this one.
i have been a member for 3 years and i had a threat posted on the forum, the guy was banned for a while, then i got the next threat via the DP email system, and i didnt do anything but have what he threatend me with, happen to him.

i bet that hurt him

this is a member that just sent threats direct to me via his own email.

now the rule states:

so is that just in posts? or also via the DP email system? or also by direct personal emails?

good god, you posted a scammer thread and demanded the scammer gets banned, and i posted
"you'll get an infraction for this, and the scammer wont be banned"

So if they apply for PM'S I would assume harassing a member VIA email is NOT allowed either,

 

well i had 3 threats one in a post, was dealt with, one sent via the DP email system, i dealt with that myself
and this one.
this one clearly threatens my site, although i am not sure how giving my personal info to everyone i traded with can be a threat to me, (as i have no neg itrader) so no-one i dealt with is pissed off at me, but i guess the intent of a threat to my personal safety is made.

so the Question still stands, (although Crazy_Rob stated that perosnal attacks in pm's is a breach of TOS) does that go for email sent via DP's email system, and also private email?

and just how do you come to that idea?, does he say in his email that i attacked him? no, rldowling03 posted here that i was rude, and all i did was tell him the truth, he's upset because he got an infraction and the scammer wasn't banned like i told him.
