Very silly, accidently clicked on an ad

I accidentally clicked on an ad, should I report it just in case? (quite annoying for google) or will it be marked as invalid?

I wouldn't worry about reporting it. Just don't do it again and you should be fine. Google should filter it as invalid.

Since your in Toronto and if you have Sympatico Internet it won't show up in google as fraud becuase of the Dynamic IP. Unless you check your adsense stats every 20 minutes with that Firefox plugin

I was in a similar situation yesterday, and given that it was my first incidental click - decided to contact them. I would rather have them say that it is reasonable to discount such negligible occurrences in the future, than to be labelled a simply 'unconcerned publisher' by their team.

I believe the post above clearly gives the answer that you've been seeking. By the way I had no idea that was on the Adsense Blog. Good find eXe.

Exagerration. Single click should not hurt anybody. There are many situations which can explained (for example: if someone else than webmaster uses same computer, or IP address, why he couldn't click on interesting ads sometimes?).

Don't worry about that, unless your own clicks are huge part of overall clicks.

A couple months a ago I was setting up a site and I clicked on the add accidently. I quickly clicked back even before the site loaded. It showed that there was a click and no revenue. I never had any problems though.
