Are you looking for a free solution?

If yes, then phpbb would be a good choice.

IMO, vbulletin is the best forum software available, but it is not free.

What kind of "objects" you want to add?

Adsense will work with most forum software including phpbb and vbulletin.

If you want to create business for your physical therapy business, then putting ads on your site will pretty much kill it imho. If you want to make a few dollars from a website, then SMF is also a good (free) forum - just plonk a few adsense ads into your theme and you're done.

Chose SMF over phpbb but buy vbulletin if you can, it will be worth every penny of the $160

    What's a "3 level topic outline"?

phpbb or SMF will do what you want for $zero. Try them both out, then add your ads.
    Good luck :)

3 level topic outline. I really dont know the exact terms in a webmaster sense but it is like this:

    Level 1: +
    Level 2: -
    Level 3 *

    Example:
    +Physical Therapy Techniques
    -Joint Mobility
    *Knees
    *ankle
    *wrist
    -Stretching
    *knees
    *ankle
    *wrist

    +Physical Therapy Modalities
    -Electrotherapy
    *High Voltage Galvanic Stimulationn
    *Interferential Therapy
    *Low voltage TENS

    That's forum, sub-forums and sub-sub-forums.

I think it is possible in both phpbb and SMF.

I wouldn’t recommend having too many sub forums for a start because it will make your forum look empty when you don’t have many posts. better to have 2 forums with 180 posts that 10 sub forums with 18 in each.

also you might want to remove the columns that show the amount of posts there are in each forum section until your forum gets really busy because no one wants to join a forum with only a handful of posts. Don’t show what your not proud of.. you should be able to find someone on DP who could edit the forum template files for you if you need.

the best place I found for forum admins is http://www.theadminzone.com/index.php

I totally agree with lanmonkey regarding the categorys/child categorys.
Keep it simple until you get enough posts to make it look busy.

Great advice for everyday life too :p

Is vBulletin easy to use? I mean. Is it drag and drop like blogger?

Not exactly, but then it doesn't require any programming knowledge and can be used by anyone.

It is really feature rich - both on the user side and administrator side.

This is forum also uses vbulletin.

If you can afford $160, I suggest you go for vbulletin.

Is it like any software that can be found in torrent sites or I need to purchase it. Because in our country $160 is equivalent to 1 month salary in minimum wage.Hope you understand...and my salary is just a little bit higher than that

Don't steal VB, it's good software and it deserves the asking price. If you can't afford it, don't buy it - SMF and phpbb are free and are both great.

Plus if you steal VB you'll get eventually get your arse kicked by someone.
