hi. can DP ban a member and all of its IP for scammer? What if I have proofs that he indeed scammed me, running away without paying? Can someone help me on this? Tnx

No offense butchik , but usually people asked and hope for this are scammers. They wanted the buyer/seller to fall into the trap , and then to prevent the buyer/seller to report him , so he request a IP ban or some way to make sure the buyer/seller could not report him.
Good point. The main reason why I want him banned (including his IP) because as of now, I feel hurt, he kept on pressuring me on finishing the project, then after I submitted the report, he seems to give me reasons... lame excuses... I just worked so hard and then this... I really really hate him... but I am recomposing myself to give him enough time before actually reporting him. Tnx a lot for the help guys. +rep added to all.
remember the moment you name him you'll get an infraction yourself. if you take on work then ask for 50% of the payment up front, that way you only loose half of any payment if they are not happy or do a runner. i see you have made a nice rep with itreader, Feedback Score: Positive Feedback: 22 100.0% gives you some green x
