United Bank Limit and MoneyBooker

    15 days since I had withdrawn $200 from my MB account to United Bank Limited (PAKISTAN). Bank says that the institution from which MB sent the money reversed the transaction (but the money isin't in my MB account) and MB is sending me automated messages whenever I make a ticket against the payment.

    Any help?

    you need to call them asap.. MB is not good in replying to mails but they are really helping to customers who personally talk to them.. as far as i know.. UBL charges on incoming direct deposits.. i also saw someone here who use UBL to withdraw from MB.. dont remeber him though

    Never heard of MB doing this kind of thing.

    Check with both MB and UBL. (Sometime UBL people do some really stupid things so be sure to visit them and get as much details of ur transaction as you can)

    Also call MB with ur Withdrawal ID and you will get a quick answer if there is any issue at there end. Hope this will sort out for you :)

    My transaction is still floating around the desk of UBL validation officers. Although, Bank alfalah cleared the amount within 5 days.

    Tell you the truth. UBL sucks. Alfalah is best though there Customer service is not good as far as I know.
