    Hey people does anyone know where the option to restart Mysql is in WHM as iv looked and kind find it maybe im going blind

    Scroll down your whm then you will see the last box Restart Services Under this box SQL Server (MySQL) Click on that and restart.

    You need WHM root access for that or your host must have allowed it for you.

    I believe that you have reseller account, if you host has not allowed you to restart services then you wont get that option in WHM.

    if you have shell / ssh access to your server
    then

    rcmysql restart

    will do that job
    iuf you have no dedicated server then your host will have to do that for you
