Google "home loan" rank 1 ..?

If you get a rank 1 on Google for keyword like "home loan" for uk.

what will be a good deal while selling that site. I am asking this because i have been working to get it for the last 2 year. and now i have attained.

so right now i am looking what next ...?

I think i am going to sell this websites. But i need some to help me in closing the good deal with any lending company.

Yah, proof would be required also, that is a VERY valuable spot to hold and will be worth a lot of money, URL needed by pm, proof of ownership etc....

That's the site on the number 1 spot, judgeing by the site and it's content, it seems quite possible he may own it; if he does, congratoulations to him.

Yes that is my website i don't know much about how the loans happen in uk so was not able to put very good contents. I started this with one of my friend in uk some 2 years back. But he was not very much interested in making the investments in to the site after getting started..

So now i am alone.
I have few other sites ranked one on google MSN and yahoo. But this is the best

 

I would try and trim it down a bit if you can and see how many leads you can drive via a smaller version of that application form you have (I think what you have asks for too much IMHO). I would also setup a phone number for people to call into and leave a message as my experience has shown that you will probably get 4 to 10 times the calls that you will get forms filled out.

Then you can sell those leads (for now) or just figure out what kind of lead generation you can expect. You can just sell the leads or sell the site with some good hard numbers people can work with. My 2 cents.

 

I am looking some to buy this site as whole or partner with me so that more money can be made. I can do any kind of development work. And this sites have good rank for other loan keywords as well. So if some can invest some good money we can build a rival to moneysupermarket etc

develop the income using aff programs..then the site will be VERY valuable..se alone is some value, but give the prospective buyer a gander at what they can make and more, then you can easily get 12-15X revenue, assuming you do this for 4-6 months+

What an achievement
Get one of those message taking services, about £1.50 a shot, and sell the enquiries to mortgage brokers, I think they pay about a nify per person.
Say 50 enquires per day.
