    To get indexed they are good, but thats about it. Every page has 40 links, how much link juice will that give you ? Almost nothing.

    I used to think sig links had very little to no value, but if you buy the right kind at the right place they help a ton. My site ranks on page #1 for using one of my 4 link spots in my dp sig where I was no where before.

    Shh, before the forum admins figure out that they can charge people for sig use!

    But yes in my experience, sig links (When the forum owner doesnt put nofollow) works great...

    This is very true..count your competitors links and ALSO the VALUE of such..ie pr0 links vs. .edu links et al.

    The edu s will KILL your forum links..so go toe to toe with POWERFUL links..not just quantity. Thats how you stay in the game..
