we are looking for a business partner who can help us to complete our project and to start earning money with it.

what we have:
1. Ready to use (currently as beta-version) directory submission software (semi-automatic).
2. Ready to use (currently as beta-version) web-site engine (written in php)
3. Ready to use (currently as beta-version) backend database (mySQL)
4. Everything is installed and configured at our web-hosting

what we need from partner:
1. Should be very familiar with web directories and related stuffs
2. Domain name
3. Web-site and GUI design
4. SEO
5. Payment processing
6. Web-site support (mainly, directory database maintenance)
7. Any ideas on how to make our service better are welcome

what we suggest:
33% of any income from the service

33% was calculated rather easy - at the moment there are 2 persons who share the stuff. So, it'll be 100% / 3 = 33% if we find someone who agree to work with us. It's fair? Or not? Anyway, let us know which % could be reasonable from your point of view. Thank you once again.

How it differs from free analogs ? And also what your goals ?

So you just put up some basic beta scripts and whant partner to do all the job (seo, design, support, analys, improvements) and give him what ? 33% ? Why he need you then ?

You remind me the guy who posted month ago, that he have a basic website and looking for seo to whom he will pay 50% of profits))

 

Better you create a good and creative website or do something else to make money.PM me I have some things for you to do.

What are your goals? To get our secrets "for free"?

It's not just "some basic beta scripts ". As I already said it's almost ready-to-sell product. We've being worked on it more than half of a year.

seo + design is about $400-$700 or even cheaper. The reason why we a looking for a partner and not just bought the stuff is we need someone who will care about further success of the project and who is good enough in the directory submission field to help us to make our product best of the best.

We bring to the table more then 11 years IT experience, mainly in software design and related stuffs.

Listen, if you are asking for a partner on forum you need to be a little more clear about it. I hope you understand. If it's another network of dirs which gives guaranteed inclusions with 1000 or so dirs and just 10 unique IP's - good luck.

 

Really. You are not the only seo in the world. There are many rather professional guys who can make job for reasonable price.
