3 times now in the last few days I have had $1 payments sent with no message from different paypal users. I dont sell produts for $1 what is it all about? Be nice if a million people did the same I smell a scam somewhere what is it? Sent emails back but no reply.
maybe there is a donate button floating around somewhere. if your uncomfortable accepting the booty, you can forward it too me.
i am the mysterious person who send you that money,i was drunk and thought that would be funny to send money on random e-mail addresses ,now that the joke's over you can return it
Do let us know if this continues. I'm curious to know why people are sending you money and how long this will go on for you. Have you tried contacting these people?
Someone once sent me an odd some of money. By the time I realised it, Paypal had put a hold on it so I assumed it was going to be dealt with by them. But I eventually got an email to say they would charge me $10 for a charge back. How it happened, I eventually realised, was that someone who had bought something from me a long time ago must have had my email address in their address book or their autocomplete list in the browser and clicked on it accidentally instead of the one they intended sending it to, then they panicked. But it was very annoying that PayPal froze the amount so I couldn't just refund it, and then charged me $10 for the privilege.
I'm not sure if receiving random payments in you account is a good thing. Perhaps it's good if they were $10 lol... --Joe
