    Yes. It is an update. No homepage changes for me, but lot of inner pages have gained PR. :).

    e.g.

    This post was made on March 29th and had no PR in the last update.

    if this are the final results it means that updated started and finished before 2 weeks and those who have domains show N/A and O will be their final rank
