I'm confused... how do they make money then?

 

To be honest, they are probably paying very very low rates to people in other countries for the non-human-contact methods. That's the only thing that seems sensible to me.

wow lol very unique idea..it can work if played correctly.

 

This idea is a play on economies of scale.

The PEO is able to negotiate better rates on workers compensation and health benefits because of the huge volume they process.

In most cases, the use of a PEO does not cost any more than you are already spending because they are paid by a portion of the savings procured for your company.
