How do you seo optimize blogs?

    I have a few automatic updating blogs and am wondering how I can optimize them so that it is more search engine friendly and seo friendly. How can I do this? I've heard people discuss about some kind of seo plugin but I am not sure where to get this and how to install it. If there is any other way I could seo optimize my blogs can you people at digitalpoint please let me know either by posting it here or pming me. :)
