    there is no update ... this is the stats which were there like a week ago .... and i think for some reason they just stopped after giving the pr to some pages whcih didn't have prs ...

    That livepr tool reports the down datacenters as pr0... my page rank is the same on all of the others. Maybe it isn't an update.
