    I would change the colour of the top adsense ads to match your website colours more - change the black text to the dark blue etc...and change the green links to the blue of your site.

    I would also move the right hand adsense ads up if possible - more to the height of the example that doesn't have the top adsense ads. And make the background of this block match the rest of your site's background.

    Other than that, good clean design!

    The ads on the right side don't look to be a part of the rest of the page. They are kind of sitting out there by themself. I have my resolution set at 1440 x 900. Maybe this is why. Are you using html tables set to a specific pixel width or 100% width?
