    You are stealing content and selling it if you don't have their permission.

    This is NOT content stealing.
    If a site publishes a feed its up for grabs unless stated otherwise. In case you havent noticed a good chunk of sites sold here are just republished RSS feeds.

    Yes it is, you are stealing their bandwidth with using their images for a start, thats stealing.

    Rubbish, just because you have a RSS feed up doesnt mean other people can steal your BW and also your original content

    Bandwidth stealing without consent = Content stealing
    Stealing original content without consent = Content stealing.

    Let alown trying to profit from it!

    No two ways about it.

    I can see where you're coming from with hotlinking images.

    However on the RSS front, thats complete BS. He/she is linking back to the original article in every post. He/she is in no way claiming the content as their own.

    And if using RSS feeds is illegal/stealing well send me and a hell of a lot of webmasters to prison, because there are tons of people doing this, and quite a few making decent bank off it.

    If you don't want your content 'stolen' dont publish full story rss feeds.

    Couln't have said it better myself. I have people stealing from my rss feeds as well even though I have mentioned that it is copyright material, but people like to do it anyways, so I will be reporting this to google and have their adsense banned :) The purpose of rss feeds is not for people to 'reuse' and publish on their own site. The are primarily to be used for rss feed subscriptions.

    Just because there are tons of people doing this, it doesn't mean that it's okay. There are tons of people who cheat/steal for a living--that doesn't mean everyone else should do it too.
