Which SEO company are you referring to? Of course there are companies that can help you achieve high rankings. You might want to look at their portfolio first (make sure it's recent).
Honestly, I think its a waste of money. You should have no problem doing SEO yourself. Here's SEO in a nutshell. Step 1) Make sure relevant keywords appear in: - Domain name - Page titles - Links in (anchor text) Step 2) Build your links in. You'll have to do some promotion yourself initially, but ideally your links in should be growing organically if your site provides a valuable service or valuable content. And hey, guess what, that was free. Maybe I should start an SEO business =P Oh, and one more thing. General marketing applies here too. Specifically, I'm talking about not entering a market that is already bloated with other competitors. If you want to be the #1 result for "Myspace Layouts" you can forget it. No amount of godly SEO will help you there.
Ok i'm confused, this post is like your completely clueless about SEO but you make posts such as... Why do you need a SEO Company if you can rank for Video Games amongst a billion other sites? Also you say you have more money then time, but you make another post needing a free webhost.

that free webhosting thing was like??? weeks ago? at the time i needed free webhosting until i made money. now. i have money. so my time is more important. Think about this my friend. What if i started a "free website"/landing page [click my sig] that made me a couple thousand to start investing in my online business endeavors. Step# 2 let's say i started up a website with a high income potential niche, and I was running a full-time ebay business. Step#3 How is it humanly "effin" possible to worry about SEO full-time, and run a full-time ebay business. Maybe I should "hire" someone to do it for me. hmm? That's what smart people do, they manage their time. ...People are always trying to find flaws..... let's try not to make ourselves look dumb.

No not trying to find flaws, id just finished reading your other thread where you appeared to have a fairly sound knowledge of SEO. Then.. I clicked on this and its posted like you dont even know what the word meant. I do SEO and was considering offering my services, however i dont take on just anyone. So i do check a few posts, just like i fully expect someone to do before hiring me as well. What you just posted i fully understand, i just found the two posts odd to the point i thought two members one account.
A real company can help you achieve your dream ranking. Nothing can be guaranteed of course, but it can certainly help your site move up the ranking ladder
