Nobody will sell you their Paypal account. That would be stupid to do, they would then be responsible for your actions.

The short answer is Don't do it. Paypal is not stupid.

If Paypal is not supported in your country, it means that you are not allowed to have a paypal account legally. The only option would be the illegal means by breaking tons of rules and through cheating and lying which I supposed is still wrong in your culture.

If you do obtain a Paypal account through illegal means, just be prepared to suffer the consequences when Paypal finds you out. It is not a question of 'if they will find you out' but rather 'when they will find you out'.

Yes, they will indeed track IP changes and if you access Paypal through an IP which does not belong to its approved list of countries, your account would be limited.

If you still want to do it, just don't blame anyone but yourself.

Do the right thing and just do not cheat and lie to get an account because if you do, do you think your customers can trust you ? Would you trust someone who cheats and lies ?

Don't do it , its against paypal policy and TOS . Your account will be limited soon if you did that. Paypal records login ip and suspect logins resulted in account limit.

    Do not buy an account
Use Moneybookers, e-gold or any other substitute.
If you still need an account, contact a relative in a Paypal approved country and ask him to carry on the transactions on your behalf.

If you absolutely have to use paypal then try to keep a minimum amount of money on your account because at any time they may lock your account. If you plan to be doing alot of business then you should look into getting a moneybookers account.

PayPal check IP addresses and they'll wait until you receive money before closing your account down.

PayPal is the same as Google - they're too big to screw with and you won't win.

    Best wishes,

I think the question you should ask yourself is -would YOU want to do business with someone who had got their paypal account fraudulently?

Firstly, I agree that you should not do it, as it's illegal.

Secondly, I don't think they would really flag an account just because the ip changes. Heck, that could just be due to the owner changing ISP. However, no one is likely to sell them you account.

If you really need to have an account for payments, you need a good friend that you trust in a PayPal approved country. Then instead of using his account, you just give his account as the one to make the payments. He then pays you in another way. This is not illegal, as far as I know.

I would have thought that Paypal would rarley block an account due to the IP address, for instance if your a UK citizen and your internet service provider is AOL, your IP address will be an american IP address.

Whose fault? :) Don't play with that, A.G. Use an option that's available in your country, that's the best thing to do, really.

Paypal most definitely does flag accounts when the ip changes. It may just be an internal flag but if you travel (overseas or even within the US) your account will get limited so many times its not funny. Easy to provide the info paypal needs but its still frustrating.

If you access paypal (or even ebay) from a different country than the country you have listed on your account, they will definitely limit your account, sending you the email stating that they believe a third party accessed your account.

I think paypal is a bit backwards in this regard. If someone has enough of my info to hack into my paypal account, then, by me supplying paypal with "more" of my info doesn't really help me.
