sachin, I guess you are from India. You can simply sign up for a personal account in the beginning and then as need arises later on, you can upgrade it to a business/ premier account depending on your needs and volume.
you will need a premier / business account as most people pay via CC on paypal, and as a personal member, u can not accept cc payments, but as onedollar said, u can always upgrade.
