This URL was established in 1989 although, whois says domain created on 31-Aug-2001. Must be due to server change or something that I am not privey to.

This web url links hundreds and thousands of web pages and independent sources across the United States and is key to the structure and infra-structure of several companies, and generates quality leads that can be targeted to very specific geographic and industry types.

This would be a perfect opportunity for a national human resource related company to gain a substantial competitive edge in the national client lead market, or even in other related markets. The site would also bring National exposure to a smaller company and to that end, would make a nice nest egg for an individual looking for a solid investment.

I admit, this is not your typical back yard garage sale, but a very profitable business that is search engine driven. Further, several very large businesses, in one of the fastest growing industries in the United States rely on this URL's leads and pay very good residuals on each client.

Interesting, you just made me think of something! This site is based on the economies of scale.

Just for info, this is webmasters forum and everyone will ask income stats and traffic etc which I am sure are not there at all for site like this which provides facilities.

I am sure you are looking to make quick profit out of it but you provide services and not web based business?

This company and url are very well aged and verifiable. Therefore, I don't think there is any turning a quick profit here.

 

I thought I would take the time to address your questions.
First, I want to sell this sort of HR related site here for reasons mentioned in my first post.
As for this site providing facilities, true in the past this site has been directly attached, owned and operated by a group of companies, which in turn benifited from its success. However, recently, within the past few months due to lack of company competitiveness a majority of the leads have been brokered out to competitors at hansome residuals.

In the end, I am selling a system for generating, tracking, and selling hr related leads for a generous profit. This business is a web based business, but the companies that we work with are not.
