What should i be looking at selling it for?

What I believe why your forum is virtually worth nothing is due to the fact that there are hardly any replies.
Look at your Sub Forum called: Post Your services!!
There are hundreds of threads, not a single reply.

You need traffic, quality replies, and genuine active members to sell it for a decent price.
