    Yes in a few years people are going to have more than 100 gigabytes disks, top 100 content for top 10000 keywords can be bought by microsoft, and put it in the disk as part of microsoft OS

    it will not end. BUT it will change. and change for good. SEO is just trying to look good in front of the SE algorithm, and as search algorithm changes, SEO will change. The trick is to remain ahaead of the market.. Keep changing with times.. Tomorrow, links might be totally irrelevant. who know? BUT SEs will remain the main source of traffic for most of the websites, and as long as SEs are main source of traffic, SEO in some form or the other iwll always be there..

    Nope. If you stop SEOing your site, chances are after a few months, its rank will be overtaken by other sites.
    You continuously have to work on your site, getting new links, trying to optimize for new keywords in order to stay competitive.

    The whole point of the internet is to have a huge information database and search engines are the only way to find new stuff quickly. They'll always exist, but yeah, Google may not always be King, there may be something better by this time next year, although doubtful since so little has changed in the last year.
