    OMG....I was searching for some resources when I came across this.

    seopt.info - this guy has copied every bit of my site seounleashed.com.
    every single bit, even the ad placement too.

    I hardly can tell a difference. the world is full of What should I call it??

    Funniest thing he dint even bother to modify the site map. he snatched from my site - XXhttp://www.seopt.info/sitemap.htmlXX.

    Any advice what should I do??

    Start your research.

    See if you can find name and address of domain owner.
    Who hosts site
    How long site has been online (use way back machine) Chances are it is relatively new

    Many times contacting host with info showing you have been copied will result in site being taken down.

    If that won't work you can contact a lawyer and get a cease and desist letter.

    You can also file a CMCA report with Google.

    The registrant for that domin is - TheNetCode Network.
    Site is hosted by themselves.
    I found an email ID, and contact address. I have reported site to Google.
    and now I am preparing a pre-judiciary Notice.

    It really pissed me off

    The alleged 'copy-cat' has a link to proxymouse, isn't that a site of one this forum's members? Think you can PM him/her to see if the offending site is theirs?

    First of all it's crazy somebody copied a complete website from you (the webmaster) I would go crazy myself if somebody did this to one of my sites.

    But imo the content is not unique on both websites. I'm not sure but it seems to be duplicate content from the bruceclay.com website.

    One of the article is taken from bruceclay.com with permissions
    Black hat Vs White Hat. that why it makes the whole matter more serious coz I dont have the redistribution rights for that article.
