HTML code to make a button blink

Is there an html code to make a button like this one blink?

I know you can use a css "decoration" code for text links but I'm not sure of one for graphics.

If you want the button to blink, jus do an image button and use an animated gif.

 

How do I do that? I have just changed the file name to .gif

if that wont work.. it means they've writen it out of the HTML Language

I simply created the GIF images and animated them at "picasion"
