    Hey, I've never sold a site before so this is my first attempt. I'm selling my smaller directory because I have no time for it anymore. There is a huge backlog of sites that need approval too!

    Anyway, I know most people use an auction on here and that drives the price up fast. I don't want to use that because I want to be able to sell the site at a price that is suitable and don't want people to get ripped off because 100 people bid on it and drove it up.

    Just PM me your offer and If I think it is fair and good, I will give the site to you. I'm keeping this offer open for a week from today and will sell it if a suitable offer is given.

    this isnt a free appraisal service, you need to give some sort of price? and did you sell all those links at the side for $3 a month? that would be considered good revenue

    I never sold a site before and was not sure of the value. I got a great offer via pm and thought it was too much so lowered it and sold it. SITE is sold no more offers! thanks

    Next time ill let ppl post their offers in here , that is a good idea iowadawg

    and its not really spam, i have captcha on and i just havent had time to approve allt he links, when i started i was getting between 200-300 submissions a day that were not spam at all.
