design/coding work needed

    I am looking for someone to either modify or create an image uploading script with a couple of features that I want. Also, to design, create, implement and code a professional and classy style look. Also, I want it to be an adsense website, so someone that is good with adsense is preferable as well, and also I want it to be SEO friendly. Thanks.
