    The blending is fantastic, but the layout of the ad makes me wonder if it's altered, standard or they have permission.

    Labeling Ads

    Publishers may not label the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements." This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.


    Its a nice placement, but guess will be a good thing to ask google or change " Sponsors" with "sponsored links" to be sure its not against of tos.

    I remember reading somewhere that putting pictures next to adsense links was fine as long as those pictures aren't misleading. I think they might have a little trouble here as I got pictures of the Nintendo DS along with ads for Dutch hotels and holidays.

    The only possible issue is labeling it with the username Google. Otherwise it seems fine. Personally I would remove the Google username and give it some other username that is non-identifiable, to be safe.. but nothing wrong with the setup.

    their issue was with the seperation of the two.

    they wanted a boarded around the ads.
