    TrafficMP.com
    CPABet.com

another two not listed on that good list above. TrafficMP pay pretty good I get approx $2 USD per day for about 5,000 uniques.. .just depends where abouts in the world they are from to what value they are.

CPABet.com pays better $1cpm so $1 per 1,000 uniques but their code uses a iframe and slows down the site a little.

That's low for 5,000 Uniques. I would stick with Pay Per Click and just listen to Critters

With this technique you can get a 5-10% click thru and make $1.00 a day for every 100 hits (not necessarily unique) to your site but, with Pay Per Click it is up to you.

I have CPAbet.com on one of my sites and yes the iframe loads slow and you do not view the actuall ads but I am still earning cash off them almost reached payout now.

I would use Adsense but my site is a incentive site and also receives traffic from I think google refers to them as artificial sites.. i.e. traffic exchanges as my site is one of them and members promote their referral url in them as well so I doubt google would allow me. But I do have BidVertiser text links and they work ok but not too many clicks registering.

Yes, google does pay per impressions provided you get a advertiser who wants to pay per impressions. I am not sure how much they pay on average as Google won't accept my site.

According to what is written in google's help if some advertiser wants to advertise on your site ("Advertise on this site" link on your ads) he/she can set $0.5 and more per 1000 impressions. This means 1 impression can be as low as 0.5 / 1000 = 0.0005.

Also google shows those pay per impression ads only on low profitable pages as I understand, to help you earn at least something of those pages :)
