    I am reluctantly putting my celebrity fan site up for sale. It averages 4,000 uniques a day and in the last 30 day period I did 100,000+ uniques. This site is well monetized and optimized. I just need to free up the cash for a bigger project now. This site has held this traffic and rankings on google, yahoo, and msn for over a year. Someone with a YPN account could monetize the site for even more than what I have done.
