Is this allowed in google adsense?

one of my friend told me to remove pictures next from google ads. he said if google see this they will BAN my a/c?

please help me out. what should i do? is it legal or not?

I dont think google cares about the image next to ads that much

 

Their was a time where this was allowed. Then all the affiliate programs caught on and they started banning if you did this. Do not do this with any program like adsense.

I'd just play it as safe as possible with Google. If there's any doubt in your mind to even bring up a question, ask and/or just dont do it.
