    i have 512MB only but soon i will get laptop with 2GB :) i use 256 MB at work.

    desktop got 512,with cpu of 3Ghz.(acer).i've currently got photoshop trial on it running fine. I've had no lagging problems.

    laptop however is running a crappy 256 (both have win xp service pack 2)
    with a 1.5Ghz processor(i think its supposed to be 2ghz,but tests are telling me otherwise) AMD sempron 2800+ ..so yea something dodgy going on with it.

    I'm planning to upgrade the laptop to max it can take of 2gigs ram..and the desktop's a rental..if i can upgrade the ram without breaching contract..i'll upgrade it to 2 gigs as well..can't wait.

    i have 2 gb ram(4 x 512mb in dual channel)
    works perfectly for loading games(loads css in 4 or 5 second or c&c renegade maps in less than a second)
