    I just got my site from kgrad, and am extremely pleased witht the job! although, the site was delayed, i think it was worth it! i had a very difficult niche, but he did a nice job, planning for more order :D keep up the good work !

    I agree - it's seriously helpful to communicate when delays may happen, and also provide realistic ETA's where possible. Although I sent a relatively small order, I could send a lot of volume your way, but it makes me nervous when services aren't delivered when repeatedly promised. Communication is everything. :)
