I would tend to agree but is it only me, or doesn't anybody else see anything wrong with the OP post? Could be the lack of detail but if I had a 13 year old kid out here, I wouldn't let him/her respond to that post. SORRY, nothing against the OP if your intentions are honest. I expect to take some RED for this one . . . but this is coming from a parent who was made a grandfather by a 15 year old daughter.

Well, I personally don't see the connection whatsoever... are you saying that your 15yo daughter got knocked up over the internet? By someone who was an adult pretending to be a kid? Or were you just tossing in random emotional appeals into the post? No offense, just seems very out of place.

Just so you know, the OP has been hanging around here for over a year, has 4 times the amounts of posts that you do, and can be tracked down via his publicly available info. If you question whether he is a stalker, and not actually 14 years old (although I was stalked by a 14yo chick when I was 16, so, I guess the two aren't actually mutually exclusive), then I suggest maybe you call his mother, since the number is out there.

<offtopic>Also, please, tell me you will never let your grandkid think that you feel your daughter should have used protection, and always treat them as if you would never have changed a thing if it meant not having them in your life.</offtopic>

I do think this thread is, well, unwise to say the least - the OP may well be exactly who and what he says, and that info be verifiable, but I don't think all the youngsters who answered checked that first, and a lot of other posters in this thread have identified themselves as young teens.

 

I would like to address this first. I treat ALL of my grandkids the same. I wouldn't change ANYTHING. He was my first grandchild and my wife and I practically raised him until he was 7 years old. He now lives with is father (which my wife and I are thrilled about!) and is at our house every single day before and after school and all throughout the summer.

Next, is this a serious question? The internet had nothing to do with my daughter getting 'knocked up'. Internet predators are becoming the biggest threat to our children today. If you don't already know this you must be living under a rock. I guess my 'random emotional appeals' as you say, come from experience with adults taking advantage of children. Nothing more, nothing less.

Is this pertinent in ANY way? I guess if I was 13 or 14, I'd have time to post more, but hey, whatever!

I do NOT question whether he is a stalker or not and made mention of that in my original post. I just don't think ANYONE should be trolling for young children.
