Craigslist advertising

If I were to go and post advertisements for my site on Craigslist like quite a few people are doing now, what would you think? Would you still go to the site like normal, or what would you think about it?

 

I would still visit it, if the subject interests me. Why wouldn't I?

 

It all depends on what section do you pick to advertise and how you present your site to others on CL. In most cases (not mine but friends of mine) a lot of people not only visit your site but they actually come back to visit it more than once.

 

Craigs List is a great way to advertise and market. There's a services section dedicated to posting your ad, plus CL gets spidered quick.

 

Can you put a link to your website in Craigslist?

 

Yes you can put links in your adverts.
I have heard of people getting a great response from Craig`s List.

Advertising in the South Bay Area is supposed to be one of
the best places.

I will give craigs list a try ...Are we talking about websites with products or any site and blog?

 

There are lots of sections there, you can advertise services or a product.
