Hi to customers of Add-Url-Directory.com & GeneralDirectory.org.

If you realised that I was banned on this forum for 14 days, and as it was my wedding on 1st and 8th July, I did not have time to come online to check.

If any customers has got any issues with Add-Url-Directory.com & GeneralDirectory.org, I further apologise for the inconvenience and delays.

My father just passed away and it was a terrible shock to my family and I am trying to sort things out in Singapore, the funeral, mortgage, assets and his business. Hence the lack of communications with customers. Please forgive me and give me some time to get back in shape... Post here, whatever issues that you may have with the 2 directories, and i will get back asap to u.

After few days of sorting out my father's business and his assets, I finally got time to sit down and check on my sites. And i realised that my sites are in some bad shapes, I truly am very sorry towards my customers and friends who have shared my joys and sorrows during the past few weeks.

I read my email from one of my host that he is upgrading the servers to 3 times faster and that is what Add Url Directory is hosted on.

Next, I do not know why but General Directory has lost its template on the host server. And even though i have got the backup, I cannot seems to be able to log back in.

I have contacted this host and awaiting his response.

So customers of AUD and GD pls give me some time on these issues.

Just a quick one to update you of the issues..
Add Url Directory is up... while General Directory still needs some tender loving care. But pls be assured that we are trying our best to put it back up.

Today i went back to the warehouse (dad's biz) for the 1st time in 5 years.. and 5 years ago i told myself i m not going back to that warehouse in future, but today i broke my promise to myself due to unavoidable circumstances.

Sorry to my online clients for the delay, hope everyone will understand and continue to support my directories.

General Directory will be down for approx 24-48 hrs due to migrating of server.

I know there are a few submissions that requires attention, will get back to you as soon as I migrate it and make sure everything is fine.

upload an .htacces file


in the file add this:


Options -indexes

save and close.

until you get everything up again. this way the root wont be visible.

In fact i just got someone to install the directory on the new host with my backup. So I will be able to approve links soon.

General Directory is back alive but still lacking of a few special scripts, getting that working soon.

For those with submissions with this directory, you have been very patient and i am trying to get it back in shape asap.

For those who wants to submit... hold your horses.. the 5 deeplinks will be right back..
