PR6 Web Directory with high pr subpages

You may want to check out my Web Directory:

It has been PR6 for about a year
and all the subpages are at least a PR4
It has a custom design and the general structure is regular html.
There is a fee to be listed, deep links are welcome.
It is a small directory and all pages are close to the homepage
Your description can be long and deep links are fine.
You are basically paying for a PR4 text link with a good description.
I have recieved feedback that the directory seemed to help
a persons rankings, it may be an authority site by now, I am
not sure, but the links from here do seem to have weight.
Site has 13,081 backlinks according to submitexpress.com/linkpop

So is this a subscription of $2 per month?
You should probably change it to yearly subscription, or permanent for regular links.

 

Do you accept anchor text as a title?
How about a permanent link or yearly subscription?

 

Monthly fee doesn't seem such a bad idea. Its still only $24/year...

(it is a pr4 page and linked to homepage)
