Why do people use Dell computers? Please explain to me Exaro! Dont tell me it's the price, because a Dell is a far far far from a good deal.

Dell has one of the strongest reputations, I visited loads of forums and websites while I was trying to decide which laptop to buy and 90% of the reviews about Dell were positive.

Not sure about the laptops as I dont have one which really takes away the effort of researching them. However, I did look into dell when buying a PC and can honestly say I have never made a better move not buying one.

They seem to have an image for good prices, however thats a load of crap considering its really average and nothing special. I got a much better deal at a small store here. Considering Dell uses Intel as processors and motherboards I really could careless about the warranty considering I even get a factory one if the store doesnt offer one which it does.

Dell works for me. And part of it is the price. But the problem was actuallly my router.

I've had my dell for about 3 years and it still works like it did out of the box.

We standardized on Dell Latitude laptops because we can get on-site service for them pretty much anywhere in the world.
